Cancellation Policy

• If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice 50% of the service will be charged

• Clients that arrive more than 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.

• No call and no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If there is no card on file, the client will be unable to book until the prior amount is paid.

  *** When a No-Show/Late Cancellations occur it takes large blocks of time that impact me as well as other clients.

VIP Appointments

• Monday and Saturday VIP appointments are available for an additional $30 fee. Please call or text to schedule

LOC Appointments

• If you have booked loc services, please come with your hair shampooed and blown out. It is not included in the price.

COLD/FLU Symptoms

• If you are sick or contagious the day of your appointment, please call or text to let me know prior to coming.
